The Fabrika Wedding Expo is a curated, venue-forward wedding showcase designed to bring together select wedding professionals and engaged couples inside one of Philadelphia’s most visually striking and immersive spaces.

This is not a convention hall filled with rows of folding tables. It is an intentional, design-driven gathering built around connection, conversation, and inspiration — set within a high-end, photo-ready environment that feels as elevated as the celebrations it helps create.

Rather than prioritizing volume, we prioritize quality. Vendor categories are intentionally limited, booth placements are thoughtfully arranged across the first floor and mezzanine, and every participant is selected to align with the aesthetic and experience couples are looking for.

From 12PM to 6PM, couples are invited to explore a carefully curated selection of top local wedding vendors in a vibrant, immersive atmosphere designed for discovery and conversation.

Admission is $10 per person, with tickets available in advance.

Guests can expect:

• A thoughtfully selected lineup of wedding professionals
• Visually elevated, photo-ready booth installations
• Live DJ entertainment throughout the event
• Specialty cocktails available at the bar
• A spacious layout that encourages real conversation

This is your opportunity to meet vendors face-to-face in a setting that reflects the kind of energy and beauty you want for your wedding day.

COUPLE GIVEAWAY

Every attending couple will automatically be entered to win a VIP Couch Experience at Fabrika.

The winner will receive:

• Admission for two
• A front-row VIP couch
• A complimentary bottle of champagne

We are currently accepting applications from a limited number of wedding vendors to participate in the Fabrika Wedding Expo.

Vendor participation is intentionally curated. We are seeking businesses that value presentation, atmosphere, and meaningful engagement.

We encourage vendors to design booth spaces that are visually compelling, brand-forward, and aligned with the elevated environment Fabrika provides.

Vendor participation includes:

• Limited availability per category
• Placement within a high-end, venue-forward space
• Direct access to engaged couples actively planning weddings
• A visually stunning setting ideal for brand exposure and content creation

By submitting an application, vendors will receive detailed information regarding pricing, booth options, and availability.
