A First for Philly: The 90s Night You've Been Waiting For
For the first time in all the years Herbert Holler's been bringing his Freedom™ Party to Philly, we're doing something we've never done before:
A FULL ON 90s NIGHT!
On Friday, October 23, Herbert Holler's Freedom™ Party takes over Fabrika with a special night celebrating the decade that gave us some of the greatest hip-hop, R&B, and reggae ever made — with the essential 90s club records mixed in, too.
Biggie. Mary J. Blige. A Tribe Called Quest. TLC. Wu-Tang. Janet. SWV. Jay-Z. Mariah. DMX. Lauryn Hill. Buju Banton. Shaggy. Beenie Man. Missy Elliott.
And a whole lot more.
The music changes, but what Herbert Holler's Freedom™ is doesn't:
- A room full of people actually dancing.
- Singing at the top of their lungs.
- Friends reconnecting. Strangers becoming one crowd.
For four hours, everybody belongs.
DANCE. SING. TOGETHER.
The Legendary Freedom™ Party at Fabrika — Every Fourth Friday
Herbert Holler's legendary Freedom™ Party is now a staple in Philadelphia — happening every fourth Friday of the month at Fabrika.
For over 23 years and 1,000+ parties worldwide, Freedom™ has been one of the most iconic old-school dance parties in history — bringing people together to celebrate classic hip-hop, R&B, reggae, house, rock, disco, and soul from the 70s through the 2000s.
This is not just a party. It's a reunion on the dance floor.
The Soundtrack of Your Life, Spun Live
Music spun live by Herbert Holler
Hosted by Jermayne Gamble
Expect a nonstop soundtrack of golden-era hip-hop, 90s and 2000s R&B, reggae and dancehall, disco and soul classics, and house party anthems — all mixed with the kind of sing-along throwbacks that keep the dance floor packed from start to finish.
From the first beat to the last song, this is pure feel-good energy.
