With a dedicated private bar, flexible seating and a bird’s-eye view of every Fabrika performance, it hosts up to 120 guests for a full buyout — or reserved VIP sections of 20–30 during public programming.
It’s an ideal fit for corporate dinners, networking events, client appreciation evenings, cocktail receptions and milestone celebrations that want their own elevated space without missing the show.
